Kimac is home to a fully automated bottling line that can process capsules, tablets, and soft gels from a 10 count to a 250 count bottle. Common fill volumes are 20, 30, 60, 90, 120, and 250 pieces per bottle. From start to finish Kimac will fill, cap, induction seal, label, print, and finish your bottled goods. Print is available in either black or yellow ink. Cotton or desiccant can be included in process. Neckband shrink plastic can be added in-line. Bundling, kitting, cartoning, or any other custom or additional process can be discussed and performed - just ask our team for a quote.
